IMPORTANT - Please note: My bears are intended to be keepsake items only and not children’s toys. They are not child tested & it is impossible to CE test these bears individually, they should not be given to young children. Not only are there small parts attached but certain garments would inevitably wear over time, your bear may get tired & even risk ripping.
These are NOT toys & intended for decoration use only.

Payment...
No need for payment upfront or a deposit.
Once your keepsakes are made, you can pay via bank transfer or cash on collection.
I'd appreciate it if all payment can be made with in a week of completion.
I can't send out any orders until payment has been taken.
Sending me your items...
Please contact me first before sending your garments so I know they're on their way. You can also send me some photo's beforehand so I can give a good idea of what would work best.
How you send your items is completely down to you & I can not take responsibility for them until I receive them. I ask you pack them very securely, preferably in a waterproof bag. Please include you name, address, contact details, how you contacted me & any special requirements, especially embroidery.
I'll let you know as soon as they arrive and go over my ideas with you.
Arranging a consultation...
One of the best parts of this job is meeting my lovely customers & hearing the stories behind the keepsake I'll be making. There's usually a few tears shed, mine & theirs !
Consultations are by appointment only.
Mondays 12pm- 6pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9am-5.30pm
If you require an appointment or collection later one evening or on the weekend I'll try my best to accommodate but I cant guarantee .
I also have limited appointment times over school holidays.
Waiting time...
Waiting times can vary depending on how many order I have in. I don't book slots I'm afraid, as soon as I receive your orders, then you'll be on the waiting list.
Please contact me first to find out my lead time, especially if you need the keepsake for a certain date.
Christmas can be extra busy & I usually stop taking orders around the start of November. Please be aware of this to avoid disappointment .
Embroidery can also take an extra few weeks. I don't do this myself so the wait vary depending on my suppliers lead time.
Return postage...
All my keepsakes are posted via Royal Mail Tracked.
Tracked 48 (compensation up to £150)
1-2 memory bears - £6
2-4 memory bears - £7.50
Tracked 24 ( Compensation up to £150)
1-2 bears - £7
2-4 memory bears - £8.50
Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm ( compensation up to £750)
5-9 bears - £16.50
(Due the compensation I can only send order with 5 -9 bears by special delivery I'm afraid.)
For orders requiring return postage for 10 memory bears or over, it'll be charged at cost plus the packaging costs. I'll weigh the boxes upon completion then find out the cost from different couriers. I cant give you a final cost of postage until they're made & packed up. I can always split the order & send via Royal mail if you prefer. I'll give you a few different options .
Memory Cushions being returned by post will not come with the inner pad.
They will be returned as a cushion cover only due to the size restrictions.
Tracked 24 (compensation up to £150)
1-2 memory cushion covers - £4
2-6 memory cushion covers - £6
Royal Mail special delivery guaranteed by 1pm ( compensation up to £750)
5 or more memory cushion covers - £13
Memory blankets will also be charged at cost plus packaging. Due to the variety of items used & different sizes I wont know until I finish making them, then pack & weigh them the actual cost.
It can vary from £6.50 - £20 depending on the service used, weight & quantity of blankets.
I can not accept overseas/international orders at the time being I'm afraid.

All sales are final & I can not accept returns or give refunds for bespoke made items.
